Place your order by 3:00 PM and we’ll ship your in-stock order the SAME DAY from a Dataprint warehouse closest to you. This means you get fast delivery (overnight in many cases.)
All orders are confirmed within 24 hours by email including merchandise total, tax if applicable and shipping. We only charge State Sales Tax in CA, NJ & TN. Shipments are delivered during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or Golden State Overnight unless special shipping options are required or selected.

Estimated delivery time from Dataprint Warehouses
If your order is being shipped to an address within the Continental United States, it will arrive within 1-3 business days. And with our fully stocked warehouses, many of our customers receive their orders overnight - without paying extra, next-day, delivery charges!
(Orders are delivered on normal business days Monday through Friday, Holidays excepted.)

Shipping & Shipping Charges
Unlike other suppliers, we charge only standard Ground Service or Trucking Company Freight charges – no extra handling fees. Freight is calculated from the Dataprint Distribution Center closest to you (or from the manufacturer if shipped Factory Direct). If the Dataprint warehouse closest to you doesn’t have the item you need in-stock, we’ll ship it to you from another of our warehouses – and charge you only the freight you’d pay from the warehouse closest to you. Most merchandise is shipped via UPS or Golden State Overnight. Minimum Shipping Charge is $6.95 per order.
A physical street address is required for all deliveries. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
Truck Shipments
Most products ship via UPS, but certain large or heavy items require shipment via Common Carrier Truck Service. In addition to the freight rate of curbside delivery, you may request additional Trucking Services.

Advance notice from the Trucking Company of specific delivery time (No Charge.)
Lift-Gate Service
A charge by the carrier to provide a truck equipped with a lift-gate for one person to unload the merchandise off the back of the truck. This is required if you do not have a loading dock or forklift at the delivery address for removal of merchandise from the truck. (Trucking company charge: $30 - $40.)
Inside Delivery
Available for commercial addresses only, this charge is by the carrier for delivery beyond your loading dock or your building’s entry way. If your office is not on the ground floor, a freight elevator or elevator large enough to accommodate the shipment, must be available. Multiple items may require additional charges. (Trucking company charge per item: $30 - $50.)
Residential Delivery
Required for deliveries into a Residential area. Delivery is into garage only. (Sorry, Inside Delivery Service not available for This is a charge by the carrier for sending a special truck to deliver into a residential neighbourhood. This service includes Delivery Notification to schedule delivery appointment. (Trucking company charge: $30 - $60.)
All quotations for Truck Shipment deliveries will be faxed to you for your approval prior to shipping.
Delivery to physical addresses in 50 United States only. Limited delivery available to Alaska and Hawaii – email or call us for details. Sorry, we can’t ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.
Damaged Shipments – we’ll take care of it!
Via UPS or Ground Service – Please open all shipments and inspect upon receipt. Verify that you have received the items you ordered (small items may be packed inside larger items to help reduce your shipping costs.) If any items are damaged, please notify us immediately toll-free at 1-800-227-6191 and we’ll arrange to have your shipment picked up at no cost to you. Plus, we’ll replace it immediately, issue you a credit or refund, arrange to have an inspection and process a claim – we’ll take care of all of it for you! Please be sure to save all original packaging and cartons.
Via Truck – Please inspect all cartons upon delivery and note any exposed or inside damage immediately on the freight bill. Please do not refuse your shipment! Accept the shipment from the carrier and if there is a problem please notify Dataprint Customer Service immediately by calling Toll-Free 1-800-227-6191.
