If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days in new condition (and in it’s original packaging) for a merchandise refund, credit or replacement. Please be sure to email us or call for authorization first at 1-800-227-6191.

Easy Returns or Exchanges

If you decide to return an item, it’s hassle-free. Just call or email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and we’ll arrange to have it picked up for you. Or you may choose to return it to us yourself after receiving the RMA. And if a return is due to a defect, or if it’s our mistake we’ll pay for the return, file any claim for you and immediately ship you a replacement. We do it all for you!

Products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition (in original packaging, complete as new) within 30 days. After 30 days, items may not be returned unless defective.

Defective returns are subject to Manufacturer’s Warranty or shelf-life period for replacement only. Print paper is not returnable unless defective. Ammonia is not returnable.

For RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) contact us within 30 days of purchase date. To insure proper handling of your credit or refund, once an RMA is issued, merchandise must be received at one of our Distribution Centers within 15 days. Please be sure to return items to the address printed on your shipping label. Goods returned to the wrong address, returned after 15 days of RMA issuance, or without proper authorization will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Merchandise returns such as furniture and filing equipment are subject to the manufacturers’ restocking charge. Software and Special Order items are not returnable unless defective and are then subject to manufacturers’ warranty policies.

Pricing

Low discount prices are as quoted and are discounted off manufacturers' list prices. However, we reserve the right to change our prices based on manufacturers' price changes.

Tax Policy

Dataprint Corporation collects statewide sales and use tax on merchandise delivered to California and New Jersey.

Tax Rates:

California – 8.25%
California - *San Mateo County – 9.25%
New Jersey – 7.00%

*Dataprint Corporation maintains a taxable presence within San Mateo County, which requires the collection of district sales tax in addition to the statewide sales and use tax.
