• Self-sharpening hardened steel cutting wheel that cuts in both directions
• Cutting is activated by either the foot pedal or the convenient switch bar that runs the length of trimmer
• Cutting speed is approximately 40" per second
• Transparent, adjustable clamp strip lifts automatically when cutting head reaches either end
• Open end shoulder design enables cutting of material that is longer than the trimmer itself
• Comes complete with floor stand, wastecatcher and under-mounted fluorescent lamp for illuminating the cutting edge
