Uniquely designed flat face bearing rollers are strategically placed for precise vertical and horizontal movement at any board angle. Palm rest and thumb release allow easy rotation of protractor head with a 15* auto index settings and intermediate lockable with fine line adjustment. 360* protractor head with built-in magnifier is divided into single degrees with 5 minute double vernier permitting angular accuracy to 1/12th of a degree. Floating head mechanism prevent tearing and smearing. Double action hinge system allow heads and scales to be tilted vertically. Use only VAM Series Scales sold below. (Vemco scales are not compatible with BDM Machines.)
